Workout Accountability

Worked out with the sweetie tonight and I rocked it! I did 30 minutes on the treadmill: 5 minute warm up, 20 minutes of 1:1 intervals, then 5 minute cool down. Then I did a hard 20 minutes on the elliptical and 10 minutes on the exercise bike. I burned 500 calories tonight and I feel amazing and quite accomplished.
